Through a solvent-free application, negatively charged powder particles are fused to the aluminium surface in curing ovens, creating a uniform, high-quality layer that resists cracking, peeling, and UV radiation.

We bring color to your projects. Powder coating solutions provide access to the complete RAL color palette, allowing for perfect matching with your corporate identity or architectural vision. Finish options include High Gloss, Semi-Gloss, Matte, and Textured (sandblasted look). Special effects such as Metallic, Wood-effect (sublimation), and bacterial-resistant coatings are available upon request.

Before coating, all profiles undergo a rigorous chemical pre-treatment process (chromating or chrome-free equivalent) to ensure maximum adhesion and corrosion resistance. The process follows strict adherence to QUALICOAT standards with every batch subject to Cross-Cut Tests (paint adhesion), Impact Tests (crack resistance under stress), and Thickness Control ensuring standard coating thickness of 60-80 microns across the entire profile.
