Aluminium Extrusion
Precise engineering art — transforming high-quality billets into complex cross-sectional profiles. Billet heating at 450-500°C with high-pressure extrusion through custom dies, followed by cooling, stretching, and controlled thermal aging. Presses from 6 to 8 inches producing profiles up to 13.5 meters with EN 755 and EN 12020 compliance.

Complete anodizing and powder coating capabilities. Anodizing up to 7.5m with QUALANOD certification, powder coating up to 10m with QUALICOAT certification, and wood-effect sublimation up to 12m. Full RAL color palette with rigorous adhesion, impact, and thickness testing.
