Overview

Surface Treatment & Coating

Anodised aluminium profiles offer optimum protection against corrosion and are particularly suitable for demanding outdoor applications. Due to the extreme hardness of the anodic layer, surfaces are unaffected by abrasion and mechanical influences. We offer color options in Natural (Silver), Black, Gold, and various Bronze tones with customizable coating thicknesses up to 25 microns. Mechanical finishes include glossy, semi-matte, and matte achieved through satinating, polishing, scotch-brite, sandpaper emery, steel wire brushing, and shot blasting.

Powder-coated aluminium profiles provide exceptional resistance to UV radiation, weathering, and corrosion — the ideal choice for architectural and exterior construction. We apply all RAL colors with different gloss levels (high gloss, matte, semi-matte, and textured) while ensuring homogenous coating thickness along the entire profile surface. Our capacity handles profiles up to 8 meters in length and 400 mm in width.

All coating processes undergo rigorous quality testing including Cross-Cut Tests for paint adhesion, Impact Tests for crack resistance, and Thickness Control ensuring standard coating thickness (typically 60-80 microns for powder coating). Both anodizing and powder coating processes are QUALANOD and QUALICOAT certified respectively.
