Billet Casting & Supply

Primary aluminium billets supplied through controlled melting, alloying, and direct-chill casting with spectrometer verification on every cast.

Overview

Billet Casting & Supply

High-quality aluminium billets are supplied through controlled melting, precise alloying, and direct-chill casting processes. This ensures complete control over material quality from the very first stage — the quality of an extruded profile starts with the raw material.

Every cast is spectrometer-verified for chemical composition, and billets undergo homogenization heat treatment to dissolve segregated phases and achieve uniform microstructure. This critical step ensures optimal extrudability, reduces extrusion pressure requirements, and produces profiles with superior surface quality.

Billets are available in 6, 7, and 8 inch diameters across multiple alloy series (1000, 3000, 5000, 6000). Full material certification and traceability documentation accompanies every shipment. The technical team assists in selecting the right alloy and temper to match your project's needs, whether for architectural systems, automotive components, or industrial automation.
