Aludate offers end-to-end solutions ranging from high-precision machining on ultra-modern CNC centres to welding, punching, and complete module assembly. Advanced processing facilities, arranged logically over approximately 3,000 m², guarantee a perfectly organized and highly economical workflow.

Technical capabilities include sensitive angular cutting in both X and Y axes (including 90° and angular cutting in double-head units), specialized automotive tube and rod-plate cutting lines, advanced 5-axis CNC work center processing, punching and canal opening using hydraulic and eccentric presses, precise CNC tube and profile bending, emery processes on cut surfaces with chamfering and protective folio coating, thread opening, countersinking, and CNC lathe work.

All welding is performed by WATC (TÜV Nord Accreditation) certified personnel with TIG and MIG welding capabilities. Processes are certified by WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and WPAR (Welding Procedure Approval Record) documents from TÜV/Nord. Semi-finished or finished assemblies are available with dedicated sub-assembly lines.
