Anodized Aluminium Products
More than a surface finish — a protective shield that integrates with the aluminium itself, providing exceptional durability and corrosion resistance.
Overview
Specifications
Anodizing is more than just a surface finish; it is a protective shield that integrates with the aluminium itself. At Aludate, our anodized profiles undergo a strictly controlled electrochemical process. This transforms the metal surface into a decorative, durable, and corrosion-resistant anodic oxide finish that will not peel, chip, or flake.
Our anodized aluminium products are engineered to meet the highest architectural and industrial standards (such as QUALANOD requirements). The anodic layer is part of the metal structure, providing exceptional resistance to abrasion and wear. It offers superior protection against weathering, making it ideal for coastal areas and harsh outdoor environments. Our colors (Silver, Bronze, Champagne, Black) do not fade over time thanks to excellent resistance to UV radiation.
We offer customized anodic layer thicknesses tailored to your specific application needs: 5-10 microns for indoor applications and decorative purposes, 10-15 microns for standard architectural use (windows, doors), and 20-25 microns for severe environments, industrial use, and marine applications. Every batch is tested for sealing quality and coating thickness to guarantee longevity and performance.
