Precision where it matters most. Aludate Aluminium Strips are prepared by slitting high-quality master coils into narrow widths with extremely tight tolerances. Using advanced rotary slitting lines, burr-free edges and perfect winding quality are guaranteed. These strips are the essential raw material for transformers, cable armoring, and automotive components where precision is non-negotiable.

Slitting to very narrow widths (down to 10mm) is available with precise width tolerances. Special attention is paid to edge conditioning to ensure smooth, safe edges, which is critical for electrical winding applications to prevent short circuits. Tightly wound coils with uniform tension ensure smooth run-ability on your automated production lines.

The alloy range includes 1000 Series (1050, 1060, 1070, 1350) for high electrical conductivity applications, 3000 Series (3003, 3105) for general purpose, and 8000 Series (8011) for deep drawing caps and fins. Packaging options include Eye-to-Sky (coils stacked vertically, ideal for narrow strips) and Eye-to-Wall (coils placed horizontally, standard orientation).
