Combine functionality with durability. Aludate's Stucco Embossed Aluminium sheets and coils feature a textured finish (often referred to as an 'orange peel' pattern) achieved through professional cold rolling. This embossing process increases the surface area and structural rigidity of the aluminium without increasing its weight, making it an ideal solution for industrial engineering applications.

Beyond its aesthetic texture, the embossed surface offers significant technical advantages. The textured pattern effectively hides scratches, fingerprints, and minor abrasions during usage or installation. The embossed surface reduces light reflection (anti-glare) and improves thermal efficiency by diffusing heat, which is critical for insulation systems. The embossing process hardens the aluminium, providing extra strength and stiffness compared to plain sheets of the same thickness.

Available in both coil and sheet form. Coils are supplied in standard widths (1000mm, 1250mm) or custom slit widths, with thickness ranging from 0.30mm to 1.50mm. For the insulation and HVAC sectors, we provide value-added lamination services including Polysurlyn (PSMB) or Kraft Paper backing to prevent galvanic corrosion and protect insulation material from moisture ingress.
