Precision, flatness, and surface consistency. Aludate supplies high-quality aluminium sheets and plates processed from premium rolled coils. Our cut-to-length lines are equipped with advanced tension-leveling technology, ensuring that every sheet is perfectly flat and stress-free. This makes our products the ideal choice for demanding applications such as laser cutting, punching, and high-quality printing.

Our sheets are stress-relieved during processing to prevent warping or bending during laser or plasma cutting operations. To ensure a scratch-free surface, sheets can be supplied with a protective PVC film (Laser-film or Standard PE) on one or both sides. All materials are manufactured in strict accordance with EN 485 and EN 573 standards.

We supply across multiple alloy series: 1000 Series (1050/1060) for general sheet metal work and lighting reflectors; 3000 Series (3003/3105) with added manganese for construction facades and roofing; 5000 Series (5005/5754/5083) marine-grade aluminium for shipbuilding and tank manufacturing; and 6000 Series (6061/6082) high-strength plates (T6 Temper) for structural components and mold making. Delivered on sturdy wooden pallets with moisture-protection paper interleaving.
